2.1 Registration Form

You may register your product in order to access a variety of additional services, such as a more efficient support, or product support alerts, etc. by using the Registration Form provided on our Site. You are asked to provide some personal as well as the relevant product information.

We will use any Data collected through the Registration Form only for providing these additional services.

2.2 Contact Form

You may send us questions by use of the Contact Form provided on our Site. In order to respond to your question, we need certain contact Data, such as your telephone number or your email address. All other Data fields are marked "voluntary" and you may submit your question without filling in these additionally requested information. 

Any support requests submitted by you will be received by our European Headquarters and will from there be transferred to the responsible department of the FANUC group on a strict need-to-know basis.

We will use any Data collected through the Contact Form only for dealing with your question.

2.3 Get Your Automation started

Similarly, you may gain intensive support for your applications by posing questions through the "Get Your Automation Started"-Form. You will again be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your telephone number and submit your question by clicking on the button "Call me back". We will then call you back for the purpose of solving your problem. 

 Information that are not strictly necessary are marked "voluntary" and you may pose your question without providing us with that respective information. If you provide us with such additional information we will only use them for dealing with your question.

2.4 Feedback Form

You may provide us with feedback on our products and services by using the Feedback Form provided on our Site. In order to process your feedback, we need certain data, such as: "Company Name, Customer Contact, E-mail” and "You received this questionnaire from". All other Data fields in the Feedback Form are marked "voluntary" and you may provide us with customer feedback without filling in the requested information. 

We will use any Data collected through the Feedback Form only for dealing with your feedback.

2.5 Marketing Purposes

With your express consent ("Opt-In" by ticking a respective box) or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may use your Data for purposes relating to the marketing of our products and services, or those of our business partners ("Marketing Purposes"). Our FANUC eStore allows you to access a huge selection of original equipment parts straight from the manufacturer on a 24/7 basis.

Our FANUC Academy offers a wide variety of training programs to meet your specific needs. Your use of our FANUC Academy is subject to special Privacy regulations. 2.8 Online Applications

You may submit your application online by using our Online Application Form. Any incoming applications will be received by our European headquarter office and will from there be transferred to the responsible department of the FANUC group on a strict need-to-know basis. 

Any Data received by way of online applications will only be used for the purpose of handling your application.

3.1 Google Analytics

IP-anonymization is activated on this Site. We may use such information collected by AddThis, Inc. for analytical purposes. In addition, AddThis, Inc. processes the data for own advertising purposes.

3.3 Use of Social Plugins

We use social plugins of several social network providers, such as Twitter, Facebook, or Google +, on our Site. The functions of the plugin will not be activated by merely visiting our Site but only by clicking on the respective button.

If you visit our Site and click on such a button while you are logged into your account with the respective social network provider, information indicating that you have visited our Site will be for-warded to that social network provider.
