M-1000iA

With its new designed serial link mechanism, the M‐1000iA shows most efficient inner and outer working space in its class, much more than other heavy‐payload robots.

The wrist of the M-1000iA supports superior torque and inertia performance, although the wrist design is extremely compact. Much more compact than other robots in its class.

An excellent weight (5300 kg) to payload (1000 kg) ratio allows an easy integration, even under difficult installation conditions.

As per customer need selected, on‐arm services like pneumatical, electrical and other communication (e.g. Ethernet) can be taylor-made provided by FANUC. Special services are simply and quickly integrated by optional fasteners and modular cable design.

Due to the enhanced FANUC servo technology, the M-1000iA is not only strong, but also fast, and due to motor fan cooling option persistent (24/7) fast, e.g usage of a palletiser.

Standard IP67 protection rating for the wrist and IP54 for the body make the M‐1000iA ideal for harsh operating environments. Serve dust and liquid protection, motor covers, epoxy paint and more options allow a taylor-made, on customer needs, customised equipment of the robot.

To ensure optimal cell design, ROBOGUIDE lets you model cells and select the most suitable robot for your application and setup. With an internal virtual controller cycle times can be calculated and validated both quickly and accurately.

Visual tracking and FANUC's unique plug and play iRVision system enable the robot to identify and handle even the heaviest of objects.
