FANUC ROBOGUIDE is een robotsimulator die zowel de robotbewegingen als de toepassingsopdrachten simuleert. Zo is aanzienlijk minder tijd nodig om nieuwe bewegingsopstellingen te creëren. Cellen kunnen geheel offline worden ontworpen, getest en aangepast met een minimale impact op de productie. Voor het verkorten van de 3D-modelleertijd kunnen onderdelenmodellen als CAD-gegevens worden geïmporteerd van een pc. Dankzij de uitgebreide library met de simulatiesoftware kunnen gebruikers ook onderdelen selecteren en de afmetingen desgewenst aanpassen. ROBOGUIDE is intuïtief en zeer gebruiksvriendelijk, waardoor heel weinig of geen training is vereist. Ook zijn speciale tools beschikbaar voor specifieke toepassingen.

A step-by-step navigator lets you generate and simulate deburring programmes automatically. To generate the deburring paths, just click the lines to be deburred on the 3D CAD data.
