The perfect match between a small size and a heavy payload.

Hi, my name is CR-14iA/L. I'm a special collaborative robot from FANUC that merges the features from my big brother CR-15iA and my smaller brother CR-7iA. I was developed to work safely and efficiently. Thanks to the combination of my reach, payload, and size, I can be used in many fields of applications like loading and unloading machines and other factory automation tasks. I can support you where the space is too tight to use one of my big brothers, but heavy payload and a large reach is however needed. My features and benefits can be used straightforward due to easy programming and thanks to hand guidance for teaching and handling. Despite my green exterior, I operate like any industrial FANUC robot and I am able to reliably repeat the same movement multiple times with a repeatability of ± 0.01 mm.

Highlights of the CR-14iA/L collaborative robot

Heavy payload, large reach.

I can handle a maximum of 14 kg up to a reach of 820 mm. If you need my full reach of 911 mm, I can handle 12 kg. That means my reach is larger than the reach of my smaller brother CR-7iA and I can lift almost as much as my big brother CR-15iA.

I'm easy to program

Thanks to my optional hand guidance for teaching and handling it's really easy to teach me. I can be programmed by simply leading me through motion points of my future task. New iHMI guides provide step by step guidance for setting up and creating programs, along with other wizards/tutorials.

Agility at its best

The kinematics and flexibility of my slim profile mean that I can work close to my base, thus making best use of the available workspace. With my small footprint of 296.5 x 235 mm, I am an ideal candidate for space-saving installations.

I am here to help

Safety first

Due to my collaborative nature, I can work in direct cooperation or alongside humans in a shared work environment - without the need for safety fences or sensors. I immediately stop when being exposed to a person or fixed object thanks to proven safe contact stop sensor technology.

I help humans stay healthy

With me on board, humans no longer need to complete physically demanding tasks and are hence free to focus on more complex activities. As a result, they stay healthy for longer and issues such as repetitive strain and other work-related injuries decrease drastically.

Compatible with FANUC intelligent features

As all FANUC robots, I can be equipped with any of FANUC's intelligence features - made by FANUC, developed specifically for FANUC robots. Intelligence-ready features include FANUC iRVision, 3D vision with FANUC 3D Area Sensor, as well as FANUC Force Sensors.
