Серводвигуни

Серводвигуни FANUC серії Alpha i

Ці двигуни мають відмінне прискорення та ідеально підходять для використання у великих високошвидкісних і високоточних верстатах, наприклад пресах:

  • стабільна рівномірність подавання;
  • доступні дві версії (F – з феритовим магнітом і S – з потужним двигуном (неодимові магніти));
  • широкий діапазон вихідного моменту (1–3 000 Нм);
  • максимальна швидкість – 8000 об/хв;
  • перетворювач серії αi з високою роздільною здатністю (32 000 000/об.);
  • клас захисту – IP65, додатково – IP67.

Серводвигуни FANUC серії Beta i

Пропонуючи чудове поєднання високої потужності та низької вартості, ці двигуни ідеально підходять для осей подачі на станках початкового рівня, позиціонуючих осей і периферійних пристроїв:

  • середня інертність – швидке прискорення;
  • доступні дві версії: F – з феритовим магнітом і S – з потужним двигуном (неодимові магніти);
  • номінальний діапазон вихідного моменту – 0,2–40 Н·м;
  • плавний хід;
  • максимальна швидкість – 6 000 об/хв;

Torque Motors

These are ideal as inbuilt servomotors for tables, turrets and the high precision rotary axes on 5-axis machines:

Compact built-in motors for compact, high speed, and high performance machines with best adaption in mechanical machine design.

  • large torque at low speed – high power at high speed
  • power range 0.75-50kW
  • larger torque and higher power achieved by efficient heat radiation of stator
  • resin mold (option) or copper-bar rotor (some models)
  • maximum speed up to70000 rpm
