3D Laser Scanner

The compact and high-precision 3D laser scanner LS3D𝑖-A is designed for mass production requiring a very high laser welding process speed. The FANUC laser scanner can be seamlessly integrated with FANUC robots resulting in the highest synchronisation on the fly. It is possible to create both robot and scanner programs simultaneously in ROBOGUIDE, as well as set robot paths and laser output conditions automatically. A welding monitoring sensor (OCT), available as an option, can support real-time welding quality inspection.
