The R-30iB Plus controller is FANUC’s new standard for smarter productivity. It is destined to contribute to the easier use of robots and automation in the manufacturing industry. Featuring a new generation of advanced integrated hardware and more than 250 software functions, it is your key to robot performance in terms of cycle-time, speed, accuracy and safety. The R-30iB also provides full connectivity over an Ethernet network allowing easy connection to connect robots, remote computers and other hardware. Designed for increased user friendliness and minimal energy consumption, the R-30iB Plus comes in four different cabinets to help you make the most of your floor space and production cell layouts. With a flexible appearance, the user interface, iHMI, has a convincing screen resolution and a strong processing capability.

Controllo PMC (Programmable Machine Control) integrato

Il PMC integrato ad alte prestazioni del controllore R-30iB Plus ha accesso all'intero sistema I/O del robot per il facile controllo indipendente o asincrono delle periferiche senza alcun effetto negativo sulla prestazione del robot.

A-Cabinet

Il controllore standard di FANUC, A-Cabinet è la soluzione compatta e impilabile di FANUC. Perfettamente adatto ad ambienti industriali, è stato progettato per integrare 2 azionamenti ausiliari.

B-Cabinet

Questo modello contiene la stessa tecnologia del modello A-Cabinet, ma con ampio spazio per amplificatori o moduli I/O aggiuntivi. Il modello si adatta perfettamente ad ambienti industriali.

Armadio Mate

Robusto e affidabile, rappresenta la scelta ideale per i robot più piccoli ed è stato progettato appositamente per i robot delle serie M e LR Mate. È impilabile, per celle di lavoro con più robot.

Open-Air Cabinet

Ideal for M1, M2, M3 and LR Mate robots, this unit is powerful and self-contained. Built for office or very dirty/humid environments, it can be rack mounted into another cabinet and is stackable for multi-robot cells.

Compact Cabinet

The new designed Compact Cabinet is used for the FANUC SCARA series and is a global controller with CE/NRTL compliance. It convinces through a lightweight and very compact design and is easy to integrate.
