FANUC's Technological Evolution in Factories and Laboratories

FANUC is committed to relentless product innovation and the highest level of application expertise. In our state-of-the-art factories, we use thousands of our own CNCs, robots and ROBOMACHINEs to achieve the highest possible efficiency and to analyse product data gathered in production and feed it back into our labs. In this way, our laboratories not only serve as the centrepiece of pioneering technological development, but also as a driving force for continuous product improvement.

FANUC Factories and Laboratories

FANUC develops high quality products featuring "intelligence", "ultra precision" and "high functionality, while adhering to its basic policy of "high reliability" in product development. One third of FANUC employees at our Headquarters pursue research and development of cutting-edge products. FANUC manufactures all of its products in highly automated factories located at Headquarters as well as in Mibu, Tsukuba and Hayato.
Machining factory at FANUC headquarters. Parts for Robots, Robodrills, Roboshots, Robocuts are machined in these factories. With the installation of FANUC Robot cells, unmanned operation is possible for long hours, including nights and weekends.
