Parts for Robots, Robodrills, Roboshots, Robocuts are machined in these factories. With the installation of FANUC Robot cells, unmanned operation is possible for long hours, including nights and weekends.

Headquarters Factories

Oshino-mura, Yamanashi Prefecture

Factories on the Headquarters Campus in Oshino-mura, Yamanashi Prefecture:

Many factories are dispersed in the 1,780,000 square meter FANUC forest, which is rich in nature. Factories include those for assembling CNCs, Servo Amplifiers, Servo Motors, ROBOTs, ROBOSHOTs, and ROBOCUTs. There are also factories for machining, pressing, die casting and painting. Factory automation and robotisation are actively promoted, as can be seen in the achievement of long hours of continuous unmanned machining.

CNC Factory

The factory at our Headquarters has the capacity to produce 25,000 CNCs and robot controllers per month. FANUC ROBOTs are used abundantly for complex assembly tasks which only humans could perform in the past.

Servo Motor Factory

The factory at our Headquarters has the capacity to produce 150,000 Servo Motors per month. The latest robotised factories integrating FANUC’s technologies boast a high level of automation in retrieving parts, assembling, testing, and packaging, leading to efficient production.

Servo Amplifier Factory

The factory at our Headquarters has the capacity to produce 84,000 Servo Amplifiers per month. All processes are automated with FANUC ROBOTs, from the mounting of printed circuit boards, cooled fins and cooling fans to enclosures, up to testing.

ROBOT Factory

The ROBOT Factory at our Headquarters has the capacity to produce 6,000 units per month. ROBOTs are manufactured in automated assembly systems, where a large number of FANUC ROBOTs are used to make ROBOTs. The newly made ROBOTs then undergo automatic testing and inspection, along with continuous operation before shipment.

ROBOSHOT Factory

Production of 400 ROBOSHOTs per month is possible. (To be increased to a maximum of 600 units per month.). Heavy parts are assembled jointly by workers and collaborative robots. After the assembly of a ROBOSHOT is completed, it is connected by LAN to a host computer, after which the data is set and test data is collected automatically.

ROBOCUT Factory

Production of 100 ROBOCUTs per month is possible. (To be increased to a maximum of 150 units per month). Heavy parts are assembled jointly by workers and collaborative robots. By connecting to the host computer via LAN, data transmission and process management, along with conveying work instructions, can be performed efficiently.

Machining Factory

Parts for ROBOTs, ROBODRILLs, ROBOSHOTs, ROBOCUTs and laser oscillators are machined in these factories. With the installation of FANUC ROBOT Cells, they operate unmanned for long hours.

Servo Motor Parts Machining Factory

Parts for MOTORs are manufactured with CNC lathes. The workpieces are supplied to machining cells by an automated warehouse, then loaded and unloaded by ROBOTs automatically.

Press Factory

Pressed parts for motors are produced here. Robots are used to automatically take out, inspect, and measure pressed parts.

Die Cast Factory

Die cast parts for MOTORs are manufactured in this factory. ROBOTs are used throughout the process, performing casting, unloading, bending and deburring.

Mould Factory

ROBOSHOTs are used to produce plastic parts for CNCs, SERVO MOTORs and SERVO AMPLIFIERs. The moulding status is constantly monitored and recorded via a network.

Sheet Metal Factory

The Sheet Metal Factory manufactures cabinets for FANUC ROBOT controllers using highly automated systems with ROBOTs.

Paint Factory

The parts for MOTORs, ROBOTs and ROBOSHOTs are painted by FANUC Paint ROBOTs. Even the masking process is automated with FANUC intelligent ROBOTs.

Mibu Factories

Mibu, Tochigi Prefecture

The Most Advanced Factories Built on 700,000 Square Meters of Land in Mibu, Tochigi Prefecture:

The factories are highly automated and all devices are connected to a network. Each process is automated with robots and connected to an automatic transport system. The entire production, from machining of parts to final assembly and testing, is carried out here. Together with the factories at our Headquarters, the production capacity of CNCs, Servo Amplifiers and Servo Motors is increased, enabling a stable supply. Laser oscillators are also manufactured in Mibu.
