This mark, combining a “tree leaf” and an “infinity” symbol, represents FANUC’s corporate commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices. Through training and awareness programs, we create safer conditions and healthier working environments across the value chain.

FANUC Europe ensures equal access to technical and vocational training through FANUC Academy and partnerships with schools, universities, and training centers. We upskill our workforce and support future talent with certified programs in automations, robotics, and CNC technologies.

FANUC Europe promotes equal opportunities for women and men at all levels, ensuring balanced representation in leadership, technical roles, and decision-making positions. FANUC Europe enhances energy performance across our operations and solutions. We increase renewable energy use in our facilities and continuously improve energy efficiency. Our automation systems are designed to lower energy consumption; reducing emissions while boosting productivity.

We drive sustainable growth by delivering automation solutions that boost productivity and resource efficiency. We ensure fair and equal employment, invest in youth training through internships and apprenticeships, and uphold strict safeguards against forced labor. Across all European subsidiaries, we maintain safe, healthy, and inclusive workplaces in full compliance with EU labor standards.

We support the modernization of industrial infrastructure with advanced, energy-efficient automation solutions. Through R&D partnerships, we develop technologies that enable sustainable manufacturing and strengthen Europe’s industrial base.
