Built on 50 years of automation expertise, the R-50𝑖A robot controller delivers a powerful upgrade designed to maximise robot performance. New intelligent features, reduced energy consumption and the world’s first robot controller to offer cybersecurity make the R-50𝑖A the perfect solution for a secure, productive, and sustainable future. Designed for ease of use, the R-50𝑖A is available in three different enclosures depending on your selected robot model.
M-950𝑖A Robot
The M-950𝑖A/500 robot is the ultimate heavy payload robot designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial applications. With an impressive payload capacity of 500 kg and a substantial reach of 2830 mm, this robot excels at handling large and heavy workpieces with ease. The M-950𝑖A/500 features a unique J3 arm capable of standing upright and rotating backwards, providing a large operational area for enhanced versatility.
M-410/800F-32C Robot
The M-410/800F-32C robot is capable of handling payloads up to 800 kg. This robot features smart cable management through its hollow wrist, ensuring extended cable life. Its compact design and fast cycle times deliver high throughput for efficient palletising and loading/unloading applications. Optimised kinematics and advanced servo technology provide superior motion performance, while the R-50iA Robot Controller offers intelligent features, reduced energy consumption, and advanced cybersecurity.
CRX-10𝑖A/L Paint
The CRX-10𝑖A/L Paint collaborative robot is the market’s first explosion-proof (ATEX rated) collaborative robot for industrial painting applications. The FANUC CRX-10iA/L PAINT cobot is ideal for all types of paint processes, including wet spraying and dry powder coating, as well as many other application types that include adhesive dispensing. It has a payload of 10 kg and a reach of 1418 mm with a unique underflip motion. The CRX Series offers a FANUC programming interface with simple drag and drop technology on a tablet TP pendant. The ease of programming, combined with FANUC's world-renowned technology and sensitive contact detection, allows the CRX-10𝑖A/L Paint to work safely alongside humans in painting and coating applications.
