CNC: Human/Machine Interface (HMI)

More user-friendly, FANUC’s new HMI features improved graphical environment and touch screen functions, as well as enhanced functionalities : planning and statistics, utilities, note taking, data storage and transmission, Tool Manager function providing tooling datas.

5 axis machining

A FANUC Robodrill machining center Alpha D-21 MiA5 together with a collaborative robot CR-7iA will demonstrate how 5 axis machining can be associated with collaborative machine loading.

Collaborative robotics and « Hand guidance » system for manual trajectory learning

The CR-35iA is the only collaborative robot in the world capable of lifting up to 35 kg. It features a « hand guidance » function which allows the operator to interact with the robot, moving it with hands in order to quickly define the different points of the trajectory.

Dual Check Safety (DCS)

The FANUC DCS security software application, dedicated to human/robot cooperation, allows to gradually reduce the speed of the robot and easily define safety zones.

Strength

Capable of lifting up to 2,3 tons, the M-2000iA/1700L is the most powerful robot in the world. It will be displayed with a real nacelle hanging at the end of its arm.

Painting

The ATEX approved P-350iA robot will be presented carrying out a sandblasting work.
